We offer a 7-day Replacement Guarantee for our physical products, excluding items with an intact box or packet, at Shopwell BD.
To request a replacement, please make the request within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
For a valid return, you'll need to provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or invoice, and ensure that the reason for return meets our acceptance conditions (listed below).
For missing items or damaged products, it is essential to have an unboxing video as proof; otherwise, we cannot accept claims for missing, wrong, or defective items or damaged products."
Valid conditions and reasons to return an item (General):
1. Delivery of the wrong product.
2. Delivery of a defective product.
3. Delivery of products with missing parts.
4. Incorrect content on the website.
Conditions and reasons to return an RFL product(s):
In the case of clause (a), if the customer has already made an advance payment for the order, the customer will receive a full refund, excluding any received cashback, within 1-10 working days. The received cashback amount will be adjusted with the refund.
If an order is canceled after confirmation by the customer and online payment has been made, Shopwell BD will charge an Online Gateway Transaction fee when issuing the refund.
Return/Replacement Guarantee may not apply in the following conditions:
- Damages due to product misuse.
- Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers.
- Any damage or defect not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
- Products returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging, if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s).
Please be aware that the availability of the same product for replacement is subject to stock availability on Shopwell BD.
